Man it’s been a while since I posted! I recently moved to Paris for graduate school, so I’ve been very busy. However, I want to post at least once a week, starting this week.
Now let’s get to it. Today I want to talk about why I created this blog and why I think I can help those looking to improve physically and mentally. I’ve had my Instagram page @athletic_education running now for seven months. I post daily informative workout videos on there. I wanted to add this blog to it, to better answer questions. My favorite thing about the account is having someone message me saying they tried a workout from one of my videos and they love it. Some people even record it and it post on their page.
I feel a sense of happiness because I was able to help someone, even if it’s just one person that’s a win for me. Another thing that I like about the page is having people message me about how they can improve, I often get messages from high schoolers, middle schoolers, and some college athletes asking me “how can I get faster? How can I jump higher? How can I get stronger?” I always make sure to answer those questions because I wish I had someone who would’ve told me those things when I was in high school and participating in multiple sports.
